For the love of your wedding...
The build up, the preparation, the hours and hours agonising over the perfect dress, the type and colour of flowers, will they match the bridesmaids dresses, are they even in season? The table settings, colour harmony, the jewellery, the right venue, the extensive menus... the music, the celebrant who feels like they fit you as a couple 'just right' does this sound familiar?
I understand - I have been in the Industry since 2000, and with every wedding I have done, I feel the excitement, the anticipation, and I feel incredibly grateful to have been asked to be part of the bride and grooms special day. As a professional Makeup Artist and Photographer, it is my job to help you look and more importantly 'feel' your most beautiful, and confident for your wedding day, and to capture this in photos, to preserve images of the small details that you may miss within the carefully thought out plan of your day. Your day will go so fast, and having your photos to look back on, will let you relive those beautiful and special moments over and over again.
I have been working in the industry for 16 years as a Makeup Artist, so I can with complete confidence say that you are in safe and experienced hands. I would always recommend a bridal trial, this it the time I get to find out more about not only your makeup history, but I get a very clear overall picture of how you see your wedding day panning out.
I believe that as well as having impeccable makeup, you need to feel really comfortable and relaxed with the people/vendors who will be there with you, having the privilege to support while you are getting ready for one of the most special days of your life.
Communication is the key here, and lots of it!!
I want to know more about you and your fiancé, about your journey, your style, what is it that you want to capture the most in your wedding images?
Is it that you want the smallest of details documented, that you want a beautiful album filled with images of the props - ahh all of the hours you have spent making the vintage props - it was worth it right, the look fabulous!
Or... is it the people?
People who have travelled from all over to be there for your big day, who all know each other, but may not have seen each other for years, you want the hugs, the tears, the laughter, all documented in a way that is completely natural, so natural that they don't even realise that the photos have been taken, and they will be so surprised and happy when you show them your beautiful images.
Perhaps... you have been flicking through the bridal magazines, spent hours making pinterest boards of glamorous bridal photography poses, you have been scouting for spots, and want stunning sunset images, so you want to work your whole wedding around having a photoshoot with your new beloved - is that the most important thing to you?
So you see it is about communication, you can have ALL of these things in your wedding photography - flick me an email - lets see if we can't get planning - to get you those results you want!

What a privilage it was to spend time with Rebekah and Dean on their wedding day, a vivacious and fun couple, it was a magnifcent day!
So - I congratulate you both on your wedding, you were fabulous, and I know that you will have many very happy years ahead with lots of laughter, private jokes and adventures!
What a stunning couple, with a beautiful family!
Congratulations to this gorgeous couple, it was a pleasure to be part of their special day - what a beautiful ceremony to blend two families into one.
Rachel and Brians wedding was held at Melton Estate on 18th March 2016, it was a beautiful day, the perfect venue to capture many very special moments! I loved it when the groomsman did a haka pose for the photos - Rachel tells me that series are some of her favourite!
Here comes the bride, looking just fabulous I might say!
It was really lovely to be part of Alex and Seans wedding, I loved the concept - the wedding attire was just amazing - the electric blue silk tailor made jacket was really just perfection!
The top hats and the canes just really completed the outfits - I love to see my clients embracing their individual style and enjoying the wedding day that they have looked forward to and planned often for quite sometime.
Alex and Sean had some great ideas about what they wanted to achieve with their images, I love the 'looking down your nose' shot, with the trees in the background, so different, Ive not done a wedding shot like that before.
